1. Temporary Delivery Restrictions

Please note that delivery services are currently unavailable to the following regions: India, Egypt, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Singapore, Philippines, Iraq, Pakistan, Albania, Ecuador, Guatemala, Algeria, Myanmar, Thailand, Tunisia, Morocco, Kenya, Palestine, Iran, and Uganda. 2. Delivery Delay Notices

• Custom Order Delay: For customized products that require complex printing or elaborate craftsmanship, the production and delivery time will be extended by 3-5 days compared to our standard customized order timeline.
• Customs & Final Delivery Delay: In certain countries or regions, customs clearance procedures and final delivery may be subject to delays. In such cases, the total delivery time will be 3 days longer than the original estimated time displayed on our website.

3. Shipping Fee Details

• Free Shipping: Orders with a total amount of $69.99 or more (after applicable discounts are applied) are eligible for free standard shipping.
• Flat-Rate Shipping: For orders with a total amount of $69.98 or less, a flat shipping fee of $8 will be applied per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

4. Shipping Time

Standard shipping times vary depending on the destination country/region, as outlined below:
  • North America: 3-7 business days
  • Major European Countries: 5-10 business days
  • Other Destinations: 7-15 business days
